An assistant that answers for you
The call arrives on your phone number exactly as before. The difference is that it is answered straight away, at any hour, by something that understands what the caller wants and writes down everything you need.
Why this is not a phone menu
A classic phone menu asks you to press 1, 2 or 3 and goes no further. A voice assistant listens to the sentence and takes from it what it needs — what happened, where, when and who is calling.
If something is missing, it asks. If the caller corrects a detail mid-sentence, it accepts the correction. At the end it repeats everything back and asks for confirmation.
What the assistant does during a call
- Answers immediately, with no queue and no hold
- States that it is an AI and that the call is recorded, before the conversation starts
- Answers routine questions — opening hours, prices, case status, directions
- Collects details through conversation and asks for whatever is missing
- Repeats what it collected and asks for confirmation before closing
- Pronounces prices, dates, phone numbers and tax IDs correctly in Croatian
- Also accepts keypad input where that is quicker
- Recognises a caller who rings back and picks up where they left off
- Passes the request on — by email or into your own system
A recording and transcript of every call
After the call you get the recording and a written transcript by email. You do not have to listen back to know what was agreed — it is written down.
For work where it matters who said what and when, that is a record which otherwise does not exist.
One script, three channels
The assistant is not a separate product bolted on the side. The conversation script is written once and then works the same on the phone, on your website and on WhatsApp.
If you start with the phone today, adding website chat later takes no rewriting.
Who it suits
Where it pays off fastest
Repair services and tradespeople
Fault reports outside working hours. The assistant takes the address, the description and a contact, and in the morning you have a list instead of missed calls.
Clinics and institutions
Appointments and common questions take the pressure off reception, so staff answer the people who actually need them.
Utility companies
Reports, account balances and collection schedules — the questions that repeat hundreds of times a month.
Hospitality
Bookings and orders at peak time, when there is nobody free to pick up.
Tourism
Questions about accommodation and dates, in the guest's language, in and out of season alike.
Offices and agencies
A first filter on calls: who is calling, what about, and who it should go to.
Where the recordings and data end up
Speech and transcripts are processed on servers within the European Union. The recording of the call and its transcript go to you — they do not stay with a third party as their content.
The caller's number is not stored in readable form but as an irreversible signature, so calls can be tied to the same session without keeping a phone log.

Why with us
An assistant like this needs two things: a phone number with decent telephony behind it, and the assistant itself. We do both — you rent the number from us, the assistant attaches to it, and it is one bill and one number to call when something goes wrong.
If you already have a number with another operator, we port it. If you have a phone system, the assistant attaches as one more extension — taking, say, only the calls that come in outside working hours.
How we start
First you tell us what calls you get and what the assistant should know. From that we build a script and put it on a test number you can ring as often as you like until it behaves the way you want.
Only once you are happy does the assistant move to your real number. The script can be changed later too — it is not set in stone.
The assistant is running in production. Scripts for fault reports, service jobs and phone orders are already taking real calls. We are happy to demonstrate it live — get in touch and we will arrange a time. If you want to hear the voice before that, the voice gallery is open with no appointment.
Frequently asked questions
Can I hear what the assistant sounds like before I decide?
You can, right away and without leaving any details. The voice gallery holds 14 voices in five languages, each in several tones — from neutral to brisker. Whichever voice you pick is the one we put on your scenario.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. The assistant attaches to the number you already have — if it is with another operator, we port it. If you have a phone system, it attaches as one more extension, so you can give it only the calls that come in outside working hours. You rent a new number only if you want to cover a market where you do not have one yet.
Which languages does the assistant speak?
Croatian, English, German, Italian and Slovenian. The language is tied to the number, so the same scenario can greet a caller in their own language depending on which number they dialled.
Does the caller know they are talking to a computer?
They do. At the start of the call the assistant introduces itself as an AI and announces that the conversation is being recorded, before the conversation begins. That is not an option you can switch off.
Where do the recordings and the data end up?
Speech and transcripts are processed on servers in the European Union. The recording and the transcript arrive at your address. We do not store the caller’s number in readable form but as an irreversible signature, so calls can be linked into one session without keeping the phone records themselves.
How long does setting it up take?
First you describe the calls you get and what the assistant should know. From that we put together a scenario and run it on a test number you can call as much as you like. It goes on your real number only once you are happy with it, and the scenario can be changed later too.
